Here are some suggestions for working on the Seven Habits.

Habit 1: Be Proactive. List 3 areas in your life where you feel you are not in control. For each one, write suggestions for getting more control. For example, “I’m not waking up on time.” Suggestions: (1) Set 3 alarms. (2) Ask a friend to call you in the morning. (3) At bedtime, practice waking up and getting out of bed. (4) Go to bed earlier and get enough sleep.
