Habit 6: Synergize. Synergy is about working together. It is a special kind of cooperation. Habit 6 says, “Two heads are better than one.” But it is more than that. For example, after a school lunch, student workers need to wash 1,000 plates. One worker can wash 1 plate in one minute. Separately two workers can wash 2 plates in one minute, and three workers can wash 3 plates in one minute. But this is not synergy. It is just: 1+1+1 = 3.
