Many years ago there was a rich man with a blue beard. He was ugly and had no wife. Actually, he had had many wives, but strangely, they all had left him or disappeared. The ugly man wanted to marry again, and he was fond of his neighbor's two beautiful daughters.
He asked his neighbor for the hand of one of the daughters. But neither of the daughters were interested...
