A girl loved to fly. Her name was Amelia Earhart. She loved the wind. She loved the sky. “I want to fly far,” she said. She looked at maps. She drew a big line. “Let’s fly around the world!”

She flew over land. She flew over sea. Clouds grew dark. Rain hit the plane. She flew into a storm. Then... she was gone. The world waited. The world searched. She never came back. But her dream still flies. And Amelia lives in the sky.
