It was the winter of 1961. As Bob walked, icy snow hit him in the face. A cold wind blew hard on him. And he slipped and slid his way down the gray streets of New York City. Bob fought the wind as he walked to a music store. The store was called the Folklore Center. Bob, a thin young man, held his coat tight. It was cold outside, but he felt a heat in his chest. His heart beat strong, like a wild horse. He was far away from home ? just chasing a dream.
