Research shows that reflecting on what went well yesterday, no matter how trivial the event will make you feel happier. So simply think back about the last 24 hours and focus on what went well. It might be something as simple as a great cup of coffee, enjoying the smile of a stranger, your dog welcoming you home, a great meal, watching a good film or television program, or things going especially well ...
