A woman went to a job fair because she was looking for a job as a cleaning lady. At last, a funny-looking old man offered her a job. When she got to the man's house, he told her that she must study hard before she can start working. "Why is that?" said the woman. And the man replied, "Because in my house, I have a special name for everything." 

The man said, "So let us start studying. First, what will you call me?"
